Mr Robin Wang has joined Murata since 2002 and he has been promoted to be the Manager in recognition of his excellent practical performance in July 2007. It is glad that he would like to share his experiences with us.


Q 1: hat are the new challenges after you have been promoted?
I think the new challenge for me is to take more responsibilities as I need to lead a whole team after promoting to be the Manager. Besides, we need to consider more how to cooperate with other sections and develop teams spirit

Q 2: How will you face these new challenges?
I will strengthen my abilities & keep on to develop myself in different aspects.
Also, it is necessary for me to set a clear target and share it with all team members so that we can achieve altogether.

Q 3: hat was the most difficult task that you have handled in the past years in Murata? How did you achieve it?
When I joined Murata 5 years ago, the most difficulty for me was I did not have any experience in this field and even no idea to handle customers, as well as promoting our products. Fortunately, Murata provided me different kinds of training so that I could catch up my job in a short period of time. Moreover, the support from those experienced colleagues was also cruial for me. So, I would like to express my thank-you to my colleagues. They really helped me a lot during that time.

Q 4: nything else want to share with us?
Not to advance is to go back, so, we need to develop ourselves in every aspects continuously. And never satisfy at the current moment.
